It depends on the course. If it’s high quality than you can make it and learn it.

You won't be an expert but if you put in the commitment and sweat you’ll get there. You don't even need any computer background.

We live in the digital age, so yeah everything can be learned fast and the sources are far better than local ones.

I don't suggest you pay for the course. It would be better to get the use of the free resources than move to a higher ground.
